User Content: We collect the text and voice messages, photos, and other content you create and share while interacting with your AI companion, including interactions within features like "Lover Mode." This includes your conversations with the chatbot, your voice data from the calling feature, and any images you share.
Contact Information: If you contact us directly for support or other inquiries, we may collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

b) Information Collected Automatically:

Usage Data: We may automatically collect information about your device and how you use the App, such as your IP address, device ID, browser type, operating system, and a log of your activities within the App.
Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including the model, manufacturer, and operating system.
Crash Reports and Diagnostics: To identify and fix bugs and crashes, we use Sentry, which may collect diagnostic data about your device and your use of the App at the time of a crash.

c) Information from Third-Party Services:

Google and Apple Sign-In: If you choose to log in using Google or Apple, we will receive certain profile information from them, such as your name and email address, as permitted by these services. We do not have access to your password for these services.
AI and Voice Processing Data: Your interactions with the AI are processed by our third-party partners:
- OpenAI: Text-based conversations with your AI companion are sent to OpenAI to generate responses.
- ElevenLabs: Your voice inputs for the voice calling feature and the AI's voice responses are processed by ElevenLabs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in the following ways:

To Provide and Maintain the App: To create and manage your account, provide you with the core chatbot and voice calling functionalities, and ensure the App is working correctly.
To Personalize Your Experience: To tailor the AI companion's responses and interactions to you.

To Communicate with You: To respond to your comments and questions, and to provide you with customer support.
For Safety and Security: To detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity and to ensure the safety and security of our users.

We may share your information with third parties in the following situations:

With Our Service Providers: We share your information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
- Supabase: For user authentication and account management.
- OpenAI: For processing text-based AI conversations.
- ElevenLabs: For processing voice data for the voice calling feature.
- Sentry: For crash reporting and diagnostics.
- Supabase: For backend database and cloud infrastructure.
